Penalization Framework For Autonomous Agents Using Answer Set Programming

This paper presents a framework for enforcing penalties on intelligent agents that do not comply with authorization or obligation policies in changing environment. A is proposed to represent and reason about plans, an algorithm penalize agent's actions based their level of compliance respect policies. Being aware agent can choose plan minimal total penalty, unless there emergency goal like saving human's life. The concludes this reprimand insubordinate agents.
